Dr. Nitin Dange, a neurosurgeon at Lilavati Hospital, provided an update on Friday, confirming that Khan has been moved out of the ICU and is making excellent progress. “He is walking, on a normal diet, and responding well to treatment. We are closely monitoring his condition and, if all goes as planned, he should be discharged in two to three days,” said Dr. Dange. The actor sustained three injuries—two on his hand and one on the right side of his neck. The most critical injury was to his spine, where a object had lodged. Doctors successfully removed the object and repaired the spinal damage during surgery.

Mumbai Police have launched an extensive investigation into the attack, forming over 30 teams to track down the intruder. The incident has raised concerns about security for high-profile individuals in Mumbai.

Saif Ali Khan’s family has expressed their gratitude for the medical team’s swift response and the outpouring of support from fans. As the actor continues his recovery, well-wishers from across the country have flooded social media with messages of encouragement. The attack has drawn attention to the need for enhanced security measures, particularly for celebrities residing in high-profile areas.
